COURIER SERVICE

We ship our orders with Royal Mail and DHL.

When your order is SHIPPED, you will receive an email within 48 hours containing your tracking number.

RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

Full price and sale merchandise can be returned within 14 days of your order delivery.

All merchandise must be in its original condition – new, unworn and unaltered with all original tags attached.

EXCHANGE TERMS

In the case of an exchange, please contact our customer service team at info@espadon.co.uk prior to sending back your item/s.

Upon receipt of the returned merchandise, Espadon reserves the right to deny an exchange if the item/s do not meet the above requirements.

Once your package has been received, your exchange will be shipped within 3 business days.

Please note: postage on exchanged items is not complementary. Items sent to you through an exchange are sent at the standard shipping rate. 

REFUND TERMS

In the case of a return, please contact our customer service team at info@espadon.co.uk prior to sending back your item/s.

Upon receipt of returned merchandise, Espadon reserves the right to deny a refund if the item/s do not meet the above requirements.

Once your package has been received, your refund will be issued within 3 business days in the original form of payment.

Please be advised that in case of a full return (all items in the order) the initial and return shipping costs will be deducted from the total refund, customs fee will be covered by the receiver (for countries outside of Europe).
